Our company was born in Seki city which has a history of 800 years of producing a metal blade. Since 800 years ago, Seki has been famous for its production of Japanese sword and other metal blades. Our factory has been manufacturing a high-quality blade since our establishment in 1867.

Our company has been cooperating with SHISEIDO in product development and production of the product. We are producing SHISEIDO's beauty products mainly around the razors. Among products, Eyebrow Scissors and Eyebrow Nippers are long-selling items that have been loved for 30 years without changing shape at all.

150 years of experience and skills
After it's establishment of 1867, we started to produce a razor the first
time in JAPAN. Even during the wartime, we advanced the research on razor
blades while producing aircraft fuselage and military sword, and then
succeeded in developing the world's first stainless steel razor.
We have always been at the forefront of the times making full use of state-
of-the-art technology, such as production of a plastic handled razor (first in
JAPAN), production of a guarded razor blade. Since we were involved in the
manufacturing industry from the beginning of the Japanese industrial
history, We are familiar with any metal processing technology.

skilled craftman
It is natural to make accurate products according to design
drawings using machines, but it is common for all products that
manual work by skilled craftsmen decides the final quality.
In addition to technological improvement of craftsmen, we also
putting emphasis on inheritance of technical skills and mind
which are handed down from generation to generation.
Our craftsmen can do exact processing which can not be
done by machines.

Thorough quality control
Our high-quality quality control system cultivated over many years in the razor
production field, which requires high precision of 1/1000 millimeter units, is also
our strength.。Razor blades are strictly controlled from manufacture to shipment In
case it gets scratched it will be discarded as a defective item even if it is invisible
0.01 mm scratches. For that reason, we are conducting a total inspection with
skilled examiners and in-house developed special inspection machines. And
we aim to ship 100% non-defective items under strict management system.
In order to ensure thorough management, we also acquire the quality
management standard "ISO 9001" defined by the International Organization for
Standardization.
